At Vivitrack, we respect your privacy. We will not lend, sell or otherwise make available, your personal information without your permission, unless required by law, subpoenas, warrant, or court order.

GPS and Personal Data

The GPS data is stored in our server and may be reviewed by us for troubleshooting or support purpose. In any event, your Personal Data shall not be kept longer than is necessary to achieve the Purposes, unless:

• The processing of your Personal Data is necessary to provide you a services.
• The retention is necessary for Vivitrack to comply with any legal or regulatory obligation (e.g. for tax purposes), in which case Vivitrack will keep your Personal Data for as long as required by that obligation.
• The processing of your Personal Data is necessary in connection with any actual or potential dispute (e.g. Vivitrack needs this information to establish or defend legal claims), in which case Vivitrack will keep your Personal Data until the end of such dispute

Cookies

“Cookies” are small data files that are written to and stored on your hard drive when you visit a web site. They do not read files on your hard drive. Like most web sites, we use cookies to personalize a user’s experience of our web site and to make it easier for users to complete forms. Our cookies do not track user movement once you leave our web site, except for noting your destination address. Log Files

Because such correspondence contains information that is not transmitted through the operation of our web site, it is not subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We may disclose personally identifiable information, with or without prior notice to you, when we believe that the law requires it, in response to subpoenas, warrant, court order or at the demand of governmental agencies.
